Radiant Ritz Sdn Bhd, one of the subsidiaries under the F&B Division in Naza Group of Companies, today announced an all-new menu for Morelliâ€™s Gelato, the premium Italian ice-cream brand.
Five months after the highly lauded launch of its first Malaysian kiosk, Radiant Ritz has added several new flourishes to the menu. New flavours join the other exquisite sundae combinations as well as Sorbetto cocktails and Gelato Shots inspired by a unique blend of British seaside heritage and Italian family values. These sumptuous sundaes now come served in beautiful Murano glass dishes handcrafted by glass masters on the island of Murano, Italy.

The brand has been embraced wholeheartedly by our customers who love the bespoke service and rich taste of the freshly-produced gelato,â€ said Nur Nadia SM Nasimuddin, Director of Radiant Ritz within the F&B division in Naza Group of Companies.
Morelli’s Gelato (‘gelato’ is the Italian word for ice cream) is milk-based and traditionally made fresh daily on-site which results in a soft and velvety texture with a richer consistency. Milk-based gelato are generally healthier, contains less fat, tastes lighter and will not dull the taste buds.
Using only the best ingredients, the premium Morelli’s Gelato also prides itself in training all ‘gelatiere’ (the Italian word for ‘ice cream chef’) to ensure they are able to produce gelato in the quintessential Italian way.
In attendance at the announcement of the new menu in Bangsar Shopping Centre were Bibi Morelli, Chairman of Morelliâ€™s Gelato and Gino Soldan, Head of Product and Marketing as well as Master Gelatiere.

The Morelli family started making ice cream in 1907 and following tradition, the Malaysian kiosk serves Italian gelato freshly produced every morning daily in the store. They use the same secret recipe that has been passed down through five generations and all natural ingredients of the finest quality.
The new menu covers a wide array of sundaes as well as hot beverages, shakes and tiny treats. The Murano glassware are only for eating-in. Other than eating-in, there are also the options of purchasing take-away gelato or sorbet litre packs. Prices of the gelato start from RM9 and above. The kiosk is located at Bangsar Shopping Centre and is open daily from 10am to 10pm.
