Kuala Lumpur, 18 July 2011 – NAZA World today confirmed its continuous support of local and international sports initiatives by becoming the official automobile sponsor for the Malaysian leg of Chelsea’s Asia Tour 2011. Back in Malaysia since their last visit in 2008, The Blues will be in Malaysia from the 18th – 22nd July 2011 where they will take on Harimau Malaya.

As the official automobile sponsor, NAZA World presented one Bentley for the use of the Chief Executive Officer of Chelsea, Ron Gourlay and four Chevrolet Captiva to be used by the Chelsea players and senior management team. At the end of their tour, the Chelsea players will be invited to pen their autograph on two Special Edition Chevrolet Cruze. The cars will then be auctioned off for charity.

The vehicles are courtesy of NAZA Quest Sdn Bhd, the exclusive distributor for the Chevrolet brand in Malaysia.

An avid Chelsea fan, NAZA Group of Companies Joint Group Executive Chairman Datuk Wira SM Faisal Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin said, “I have always been a True Blue and to come onboard as a sponsor and share the experience of having one of the greatest club in the world play live here in Kuala Lumpur is a great honour.
