NASIM INVESTS RM5 MILLION TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Nasim Sdn Bhd, the official distributor for Automobiles Peugeot in Malaysia, has assured optimal customer satisfaction by investing RM5 million towards a new Technical Centre, Body & Paint Centre and free 3 years Roadside Assistance.

“This RM5 million investment is geared towards refinement measures that will pinpoint problems more effectively, accelerate repairs and restoration to vehicles by reducing appointment lead time and perhaps most importantly, provide peace of mind. As our customer base continues to grow, we are more committed than ever in delivering excellent aftersales services to enhance the customer experience,” said Dato’ Samson Anand George, Group Chief Operating Officer of Naza Automotive Group, Naza Corporation Holdings.

The Technical Centre located in Glenmarie serves as a platform for all outlets nationwide to obtain the latest information on diagnostics expertise with emphasis on improving competency and technical knowledge. The 19,000 sq. ft. centre was built on a RM2.5 million investment. It comes equipped with 10 service bays and 17 dedicated and fully-trained team of technicians operating under the expert guidance of a Master Engineer from France. Training is conducted for technicians to further develop their proficiency. With direct access to the main server in France and Shanghai, the Technical Centre boasts up-to-the-minute data that can be implemented to upgrade software and hardware.

With an investment of RM2 million, Peugeot Puchong Body and Paint measures 20,000 sq. ft. and features delivery bays, estimation bays, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable lounge for its customers.  The body and paint centre has 16 bays with the capability to service up to 80 units per day. Peugeot Puchong Body and Paint is equipped with state-of-the-art technology required to repair today’s complex vehicles. The technicians and staff are continually trained in the latest methods vital in the automotive collision repair industry. It meets the highest standards in quality paint and repair work.

Additionally, for full mobility assistance, there is the free 3 years Roadside Assistance. This 24-hour service covers emergency roadside and breakdown assistance, including home and roadside assistance and towing, towing assistance for Singapore and Thailand, onward travel and hotel accommodation, car assistance, taxi service and emergency message transmission. It is available anytime and anywhere in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand (excluding all islands except Penang and Langkawi).
